Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at R!YODE. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume sale periods or new product launches, processing times may experience slight delays. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3 to 7 business days for delivery within India, depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: (If offered) Typically takes 24 hours to 3 business days for delivery.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances with our courier partners (e.g., severe weather conditions, regional strikes, etc.). R!YODE is not responsible for these third-party delays.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will generally become active within 24 hours. You can use this number on our courier partner's website to track the journey of your premium accessories.

4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses Customers are strictly responsible for entering the correct delivery address. R!YODE is not responsible for lost packages or delivery delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the secondary shipping charges to resend the package.

5. Undeliverable Packages and Refused Deliveries (RTO) If a package is undeliverable or if you refuse the delivery at your doorstep, the package will be Returned to Origin (RTO). As outlined in our Cancellation Policy, refusing a dispatched delivery incurs costs. R!YODE reserves the right to deduct two-way shipping charges and a standard restocking fee from your total refund amount for any RTO packages.

6. Damages During Transit We take immense care in packaging our premium products. However, if your order arrives damaged, it falls under our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Mandatory Requirement: You must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed shipping package to clearly show the transit damage.
  • Please contact our support team at thecase@riyode.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the mandatory unboxing video to initiate a replacement or refund. Claims without this video will be rejected.
     

7. International Shipping (Note: Edit this section based on whether you ship outside of India) Currently, R!YODE ships exclusively within India. We are working on expanding our premium accessory line globally, so please stay tuned to our social media for updates on international shipping. (If you do ship internationally, replace the above with: We offer international shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout. You are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.)
